Refund and Returns Policy

Payment

Apex Chicane accepts payment for any order via Paypal, major debit/credit cards and/or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping of f1 canvas wall art or any other products to addresses in the UK will be provided at standard UK shipping prices whereas international orders will be charged at the normal rates. Customers from outside the UK, or those who purchase multiple items together, please contact us for shipping quotes.

The shipment can be insured upon request at the the purchaser’s expense. Please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss this as prices are based upon the size, value (and destination?) of the product being shipped.

Returns

Apex Chicane will not accept returns due to a change of mind.  We will only consider returns if items are damaged in transit. In case of damage, a full investigation/case must be raised with the courier and the purchaser will have to provide photographic evidence and potentially have to contribute to the raised case with the courier. Deliver time within the UK

We aim to ship your item the next working day with delivery generally within 3-5 working days. Please contact us if you would like to pay to upgrade to an express delivery service if your order is urgent.

Delivery time Internationally

Generally, international orders are delivered within 7 – 14 days. However, this can vary greatly depending on the courier and destination country. Again, if you order is urgent please contact us to discuss an upgrade for an express international delivery service.

Order Information

Apex Chicane aims to ship your order the next business day. Business opening hours are Monday – Friday (09:00am–18:00pm) GMT, except on national holidays at which time the store will be closed. In these instances, we will try to ship your order as quickly as possible on the next working day.

P.O. Box Shipping

Apex Chicane is unable to offer courier services to P.O Box shipping addresses.

Items SOLD

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and provide a refund.

Delay in delivery time

If delivery time has gone beyond the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking

On dispatch of the goods Apex Chicane will notify the customer of the courier’s tracking number.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country.

This varies by country, and Apex Chicane encourages the customer to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. You will be responsible for paying any import duties/taxes or charges to get the goods into your home country and if you refuse to do so the goods will be returned to Apex Chicane at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
